The show was a great success and was well reviewed in the Birmingham News .

Oh, Canada! Tour! 2008
Sotto Voce has been in communication with Richard Riding ever since he heard us perform at the 2000 ITEC in Regina, Canada. This spring we were proud to be the featured artists at the 2008 Fredericton Tuba Fest. It was a pleasure to play and teach with the participants. It was especially nice to spend time with our gracious hosts Richard and Alice Riding. We were well reviewed by the Telegraph Journal and Daily Gleaner . The UNB Tuba Fest site also hosts a nice review of our various activities at their event. We'd love to come back sometime!

Breakfast in Madison 2008

candid photo of sotto voce eating breakfast at Mike's places before a photo shoot

Nat McIntosh brought his legendary tuba stylings to the legendary UW-Madison Varsity Band show in the Kohl Center. Demondrae came up, we had breakfast, and took some pictures around town... Special thanks to Mike and Siiri Forbes for their hospitality. Special thanks also to Carmen and Sasha without whom the eggs may never have been scrambled.
